TERM OF SERVICE

by commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

General Terms
-All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
-I only accept payment via Paypal or Swish.
- i don't do refunds after I started the sketch.
-Change can only be done in the sketch stage, after that I won't allowed any changed, Only if I missed anything.
-Turnaround time are usually 1-2 week at highest depending of what you bought, or else I will let you know.
-I need a clear image/reference of the character for me to be able to not miss anything.
I don't do payment holds for more than 2 days, after that i will cancel your commission.

I announce on my instagram or twitter when commission are open, it's also there you can contact me if interested.

OWNING A DESIGN FROM ME

General Terms
-Have me credited as the designer/creator if you don't have a toyhouse
-I Prefer if you have toyhouse so i can keep an eye for all my designs.
- You are NOT allowed to sell the design for more value that you bought it for, except if it comes with extra artworks.
-If you got the design by only artwork as an exchange, only if they come with more artworks that value it more, you are allowed to trade or gift it.
-
You are allowed to:
- change the design how much you want.
- edit over my artwork of the design.If these tos are broken, i will blacklist you from owning a design from me.
